The Knit Purl Repeats 03 shifts between the motifs of the Diamond and Triangle stitches.
This means one section of the fabric features the diamond motifs of the Diamond stitch, followed by a section with the triangle motifs of the Triangle stitch, and then alternating between them throughout.
Pattern Instructions

Worked flat
Cast on a multiple of 8 stitches plus 1, such as 25, 33, etc.
Knit the Diamond stitch pattern to your preferred length, then switch to the Triangle stitch pattern. Repeat both patterns freely as you like. You can either vary the length of each section or keep them consistently the same throughout.
