Cast on a multiple of 14 stitches, plus 2

Row 2 and all WS rows: * K2, p12; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 3: *P2, k2, 2/2 RC, 2/2 LC, k2; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 5: *P2, 2/2 RC, k4, 2/2 LC; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 7: *P2, k2, 2/2 RC, 2/2 LC, k2; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 9: *P2, 2/2 RC, k4, 2/2 LC; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2.
