Use two double-point needles or a circular needle.
Color A, cast on a multiple of 10, plus 5 and purl one row.
Row 1 (RS): Color B, knit. Do not turn, slide sts back to opposite end of needle.
Row 2: Color A, knit.
Row 3: Color B, P1,*SL3 wyif, P7*, last 4 sts, SL3, P1. Do not turn, slide sts back to opposite end of needle.
Row 4: Color A, purl.
Row 5: Color B, K1,*SL3 wyib, K7*, last 4 sts, SL3, K1. Do not turn, slide sts back to opposite end of needle.
