DISHCLOTH

Cast on 45 stitches (using crochet cast on if you would like it to match the bind off edge).
Knit 6 rows garter stitch.

BLOCKS PATTERN
Row 1 (RS): K45.
Row 2 (WS): K4, p37, k4.
Row 3: K7, *p7, k5; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 4: K4, p3, *k7, p5; rep from * to last 14 sts, k7, p3, k4.
Rows 5-8: Rep rows 1-4.
Row 9: K45.
Row 10: K4, p37, k4.
Row 11: K4, p4, *k5, p7; rep from * to last 13 sts, k5, p4, k4.
Row 12: K8, *p5, k7; rep from * to last st, k1.
Rows 13-16: Rep rows 9-12.
Rep rows 1-16 for desired length, ending on a row 10.

Then knit 6 rows garter stitch.
Bind off.
